The Linea Home Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel totally happy with your order—shopping from us should always be a joy! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help, no fuss or awkwardness. Here’s how our returns work:

What Can Be Returned?

  • Changed your mind? No worries—you can return most items within 21 days of receiving your order, even if you simply changed your mind.
  • Condition: Please send items back in their original, pristine packaging. If there are obvious signs of use (such as being worn, smelling strongly, or covered in hair), we’ll only be able to offer a 50% refund for that item. If packaging isn’t included in the return, we’ll deduct a small fee (€3.95).
  • Partial returns? Absolutely—just let us know which items you’re sending back so we can provide you with a return label with the correct weight and size. 

What Can’t Be Returned?

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we can’t accept returns on:
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g. socks, pierced jewellery, hair accessories, beauty blenders etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Replacement garments (items sent as a replacement for a previous order)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@thelineahome.nl with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason. If it’s a quality issue, photos or a quick video really help us sort things faster! 
  2. If your item is faulty or the size is way off from what’s listed, your return is free (just send us proof).

  2. Free returns for all reasons! We’ll arrange a prepaid return label for you, so sending it back is always easy.
  3. If you’re returning because you changed your mind, please note: the original shipping fee (€3,95) will not be refunded.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once your parcel arrives, we’ll inspect everything and process your refund within 1–2 business days.
  • If we spot obvious signs of use, wear, or strong smells, we’ll provide photographic evidence and offer a 50% refund for that item.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method, for the product cost only (original shipping isn’t refunded).
  • You’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your return’s journey back to us.

A Few Extra Bits

  • Exchanges: The quickest way to swap for a different item is to place a new order.
  • Lost parcels: If your return goes missing in transit, don’t worry—we’ll track it down. For extra peace of mind, take a photo of your item before sending it back. If it’s lost or damaged on the way, and you have proof it left you in good condition, we’ll still process your refund.
