Is Duty/ Import Tax included in the price?
Absolutely! All import duties & VAT have been included in the price. There is nothing worse than be surprised with unforeseen extra costs! What you pay at the store is final.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Apple Pay and PayPal. We have BanContact for our Belgium customers too, so hopefully it will make payment easier. Let us know if there is a payment method that will your check out process easier, we are always listening.
How can I pay with iDEAL / Banocontact?
When you reach the 'Check Out'' page, scroll down to the 'Continue Shipping' button at the bottom of the page. You'll be able to select more payment methods here.

Why am I receiving a partial order?
We are currently dispatching from 2 locations~
- Asian warehouse
- Rotterdam
You will sometimes be receiving your order in multiple packages. This is dependent on the items in your order, the nature of the item and where it is stocked. We will find the most optimal and efficient way to send to you. When each package is dispatched, we will send an email to let you know what items to expect & the track & trace code to follow the shipment. So, don't be alarmed when you receive a partial order, check for our email first to see if the items expected are correct.
Why have you send me the wrong size item?
First of all, that is intentional. As we gain experience with the regional differences in our customers sizing, we will send you a size that we think is your regional equivalent. You are of course more than welcome to make measurements and if you want a specific size, simply drop us a note ' Dispatch as ordered' at the checkout and we'll dispatch as you have specified then! You will also find this information at the Product Descriptions.
Without a universal standardised sizing system across region or brands, of course we can get it a little wrong. However, our philosophy is that pyjamas should be roomy, giving you space to move and shift around, so a little oversize adds to the comfy factor. If we do get it REALLY wrong, then please take advantage of our Free Return service!
How do I return an item?

I have changed my mind, can I cancel the order?
If you have changed your mind, you can certainly cancel the order as long as the package has not been dispatched. Please send us an email including the following information~
- Order number
- Item you would like to cancel
you will receive a store credit to be spent at our store for other items.
Item has arrived faulty/ damaged?
At The Linea Home, we ensure that the products arrive to you in the condition intended, but accidents do happen during shipping.
Send us an email to hello@thelineahome.nl to report the item is either faulty or incorrect. Please include the following information in the email
- Order Number
- Tell us which item is faulty or incorrect.
- Please include pictures or short video of the faulty/ incorrect item.
We will then send you a return shipping label to send the faulty or incorrect item and we shall arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible
How to place an order at The Linea Home?
1. Select the item you wish to purchase.
2. Confirm the Colour and Size options by clicking the button and from the drop-down menu.
3. Confirm the quantity of the items you require and simply click ‘Add to Cart’. The item you wish to purchase will be added to your shopping cart. You may continue to shop and add further items.
5. To conclude your purchase, click on ‘View Cart’.
6. Select ‘Check out’. We accept Ideal, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payment methods.
7. Fill in ‘Shipping Address’ and if Billing Address differs, uncheck the box to fill in separately. Ensure that the addresses are correct and click ‘Continue’.
8. Select your preferred payment method.
9. Click ‘Pay Now’ to confirm payment.
