Is Duty/ Import included in the price?

Absolutely! All import duties & VAT have been included in the price. There is nothing worse than having to be surprised with unforeseen extra costs! What you pay at the store is final.


What payment methods are accepted at The Linea Home?

We accept iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Apple Pay and PayPal. We have BanContact for our Belgium customers too, so hopefully it will make payment easier. Let us know if there is a payment method that will your check out process easier, we are always listening.  


How to pay with IDeal or Banocontact

When you reach the 'Check Out'' page, scroll down to the 'Continue Shipping' button at the bottom of the page. You'll be able to select more payment methods here. 


When will I receive my order & delivery charge?

We will process your order as soon as it has been received and a track and trace code will be sent to you when it's dispatched. 

We deliver to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, UK, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Bulgaria, Greece, Austria, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & US currently. If you would like an order to be delivered outside these areas, it certainly can be arranged. Please email us hello@thelineahome.nl and we will organise from there!

Why am I receiving a partial order? 

We are currently dispatching from 2 locations, which will eventually 2 become 1 ( spice girls reference! whoop). Thus you will sometimes be receiving your order in 2 packages. When each package is dispatched, we will send an email to let you know what items to be expect & the track & trace code to follow the shipment. So, don't be alarmed when you receive a partial order, check our email first to see if the items expected are correct. If you're still unsure, chat to us using the Live Chat function, or simply send us an email and we'll be able to tell you more in detail!  


How Does the Free Return Work?

At The Linea Home, customers have 14 days to return an article after it is received without giving a reason and completely free. The 14-day cooling off period begins on the day you receive the item. Email Us at the first instance to let us know about the return. We will send you a return label via email, simply print the label out and drop the package at a designated Logistics Service point near you.

Items must be returned unused and its original packaging and condition as you have received it. A full mount will be arranged upon inspection.

There are certain situations where a refund will not be granted:

*Products with obvious signs of use

*Any items without its original packaging

How long does it take for my return to process?

The handling of a returned item generally takes no more than five business days. We will inform you when your return and refund has been processed.

I have changed my mind, can I cancel the order?

If you have changed your mind, you can certainly cancel the order. Email Us and let us know about the cancellation. You can choose between a store credit or a full refund. If you choose store credit, we will simply send you a unique credit code to be entered at the checkout process. If you decide that a full refund is better, we will process the refund within five business days.


My item has arrived broken, can I arrange for an exchange?

Absolutely. At The Linea Home, we ensure that the products arrive to you in the condition intended, but accidents do happen during shipping. Email Us and let us know about the Exchange. We will send you a return label via email, simply print the label out and drop the package at a Logistics Service point near you. We will inspect the item for fault and send you out a new item.

How can I order from The Linea Home?

1. Select the item you wish to purchase.
2. Confirm the Colour and Size options by clicking the button and from the drop-down menu.
3. Confirm the quantity of the items you require and simply click ‘Add to Cart’. The item you wish to purchase will be added to your shopping cart. You may continue to shop and add further items.
5. To conclude your purchase, click on ‘View Cart’.
6. Select ‘Check out’. We accept Ideal, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payment methods.
7. Fill in ‘Shipping Address’ and if Billing Address differs, uncheck the box to fill in separately. Ensure that the addresses are correct and click ‘Continue’.
8.  Select your preferred payment method.
9. Click ‘Pay Now’ to confirm payment.
