Terms & Conditions for the “Kawaii Retreat Giveaway” June & July 2026

Want to win a 2 night stay at The Linea Home's brand new AirBNB in Rotterdam - Neko House? Have yourself a little Kawaii Retreat in the heart of Rotterdam, receive a set of pyjamas & slippers & a kawaii breakfast? HOW HOW HOW you ask... here is all the information that you need to know~

- Place an order between 05/06/26 and 30/07/26

- Every €35 you spend = 1 lucky draw entry 

- Winner announcement on the 30th July 2026

- Every Sunday in between, there are mini prizes/ gift vouchers to be won!

1. Organiser
This giveaway event is organised by The Linea Home.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Every €35 spent on The Linea Home's online store count as 1 entry and participants are allowed to place multiple orders. 
  • Employees of The Linea Home and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

The finale giveaway reveal will be announced on the Sun 30/07/26 at 10pm on @thelineahome IG and FB social meda! 

  • Participants must place an order in between  - 05/06/26 and 30/07/26 and have successfully subscribe to our e-newsletter. 
  • Every €35 spent on The Linea Home's online store count as 1 entry and participants are allowed to place multiple orders. 
  • The final winner for the “Kawaii Retreat Giveaway” will be announced on the 30/07/26.
  • Each Sunday between 05/06/26 and 30/07/26, a number of mini prizes will be announced leading up to final announcement. The following prizes could be won~

         - Gift Vouchers (€5/€10/€20) or
         - Free Gift included in order depending on the theme of the week!

  • All entries must be received by every Sunday between 05/06/26 and 30/07/26 before 10pm CET. Announcement would be at 10:30pm. Winners are still eligible for the final prize ~ free stay at a 'kawaii retreat' in Rotterdam! 
  • Final entry ~ the order has to be placed by 10pm CET 07/30/26. Any orders placed after that time will not be included.
  • *** Every €35 spent, customer will be qualified 1 entry. e.g. €35 spent is 1 entry, €70 will then be 2 entries but €69,50 will still be 1 entry. Orders below €35 unfortunately will not be entered. Multiple orders can be placed and will count. 

4. Prize

  • Each Sunday between 05/06/26 and 30/07/26, a number smaller prizes will be announced leading up to final announcement. The following prizes could be won~

          - Gift Vouchers (€5/€10/€20) or
          - Free Gift included in order

  • 1 lucky winner will receive the final prize, 'a trip to Japan', annouced at 10:30pm on 30/7/26 which includes~

       - a Free 2-night stay at The Linea Home's brand new AirBnB called Neko House, at the heart of Rotterdam Centre! Winner may invite a plus one. You will both receive a set of Pyjamas/ Robe & Slippers each and a kawaii breakfast to enjoy at your own private terrace! 

  • The prize does not include the following~

       - Any transits to and from Rotterdam. Winners must make their way to the airports and it is at their own cost. 

       - Any necessary visas. 

       - Any insurances.

  • We are not responsible for any cost incurred for any cancellations from the airline/ transportation and subsequent financial impact due to the cancellations.       
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries on each Sunday between 05/06/26 and 30/07/26 and announced at 10:30pm CET on our social media outlets.
  • Winners will be notified by email within 3 business days after the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. Use of Personal Information

  • By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and awarding the prize.
  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfilment.

7. Liability

  • The Linea Home is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of participating in this competition or accepting the prize.
  • The Linea Home reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the EU. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the EU.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
